LVJIAN® Polypropylene Fiber is a chopped fiber produced from polypropylene material through masterbatch addition, blending, spinning, drawing, and special processes including anti-static and UV resistance treatments. It is a specialized fiber for concrete and mortar that effectively controls cracks caused by shrinkage, drying shrinkage, and temperature changes in concrete and mortar. It significantly improves crack resistance and impermeability, impact and abrasion resistance, and increases concrete toughness, thereby extending service life.

For general plastering mortar: recommended dosage 0.9-1.2kg per cubic meter of mortar (typically 1kg/m³).
For thermal insulation mortar: recommended dosage 1-3kg per ton.
For concrete: recommended dosage 0.6-1.8kg per cubic meter (typically 0.9kg/m³).
